Mike McCardell

In more than six decades on the air, Mike McCardell earned the loyalty of thousands for his investigative reporting and human-interest stories. He is the author of the bestselling essay collections Unlikely Love Stories (2012), Chasing the Story God (2001), The Blue Flames That Keep Us Warm (2008), and None of This Was Planned (2016), as well as the local history book Haunting Vancouver (2013) and the memoir Cardboard Ocean (2014). He lives in North Vancouver, BC.
