| About the Author | Hera Oktadiana is a postgraduate academic at the Trisakti Institute of Tourism, Indonesia, an Adjunct Associate Professor at Griffith University and James Cook University, Australia and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Brawijaya, Indonesia.
