About the Author About the Author Haemin Sunim (Seoul, 1973) is a Buddhist monk who moved to the United States to study. There he studied at the universities of Berkeley, Harvard, and Princeton, and later taught Asian religions at Hampshire College. He now lives in South Korea and has become one of the most prominent Buddhist teachers of our time. More than half a million copies of his books have been sold in Dutch translation alone.
