Truncated political discourse

A new (third) edition of the book The Mutilated Political Discourse and Other Studies by the Arab thinker Azmi Bishara has recently been published by Mada al-Carmel Publishing House in Haifa. This edition aims to reassess the relevance of arguments formulated in different political and social contexts, arguments which, as the author emphasizes, still retain their capacity to analyze the complexities of contemporary reality.

The book essentially examines the situation of Palestinians within Israel as a minority formed in the aftermath of the Nakba in 1948, and the subsequent widespread displacement and destruction of Palestinian urban centers.
