The German publishing house “Association A” is an independent publishing house specializing in intellectual, political and social books that support labor and leftist movements.
The publishing house was established in the Federal Republic of Germany, and it is managed and operates from two main offices in the largest German cities: the capital, Berlin and the city of Hamburg. The house raises a permanent slogan that expresses its philosophy, which is “publishing from within and for the movement,” in a clear indication of its adoption of the issues of popular and political liberation movements.In its publications, the house focuses on publishing non-fiction books and analytical studies, in addition to a limited production of novels and crime literature. Her books cover a wide range of sensitive humanitarian and political issues, most notably:- Anti-fascism, documenting resistance movements, and the history of leftist struggle.
- Studies of migration, asylum, and combating racism.
- The history of socialism, social conflicts, and the urban development of cities.
