Talon Books is an independent and well-established Canadian publishing house, founded in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, in the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three. The journey of this institution began as a thesis and a poetry magazine founded by David Robinson in cooperation with a group of his fellow students in high school, and later moved with them to the university, transforming in the year one thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven into an integrated publishing house for books.
