Ali Al-Jarbawi
A Palestinian academic who worked as a professor of politics and international relations at Birzeit University, dean of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration, and director of the Ibrahim Abu Lughod Institute for International Studies at the university. He was Director of the Palestinian Authority for Citizen Rights, Secretary-General of the Central Elections Commission, Minister of Planning and Administrative Development, and Minister of Higher Education in the Palestinian government.
