Professor Hans Freirex, born in 1944, studied philosophy, German studies and political science. He headed the German Department and a department at the State Institute of Teaching Science and Teacher Training in Stuttgart. He also chaired for many years the Ethics Curriculum Committee for Vocational High Schools and Vocational Schools. He has many publications in the fields of ethics, German studies and specialized teaching curricula in each of them.
