Logos Verlag Berlin is an independent academic publisher of books and journals, welcoming authors from all scientific disciplines. We consider ourselves a publisher of innovative science, and therefore a driving force for scientific innovation both nationally and internationally.
Annually we publish about 200 new titles, in print and digital versions. Our previous publications include approximately 6,500 titles, including textbooks, monographs, theses, habilitation letters, conference minutes, memorial books, and scientific journals.Since our founding in 1995, we have been trusted by more than 6,000 authors and editors to publish their work. About 100 book series, edited by renowned researchers, document the current state of research on selected topics.
We pay great attention to designing optically attractive covers and producing our prints with high quality. The publishing house's excellent printing technology makes it an ideal choice for publishing works that require high quality reproduction of graphics and photographs, both in colour and black-and-white.Not only do we hold ourselves to high quality standards, but we attach great importance to sustainability in book production. To avoid long transport distances, we produce your book exclusively in Berlin and use paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
We print on demand, thus largely avoiding waste of paper. Since October 2021, we have been offering our authors a resource-efficient alternative to the traditionally printed book: our eco-friendly book.
