The Images Publishing Group was established in 1983. From publishing just a few books a year, the group now has an annual production of more than 40 casebound books and is one of the best-known international publishers of architecture and interior design titles.

IMAGES specialises in highly illustrated books on architecture and interior design, and in recent years has made successful inroads into other areas, including fashion, photography, landscape architecture, architectural illustration, graphic design, and motoring.

IMAGES has earned the respect of the international architectural community with its extensive Master Architect monograph series. More than seventy high-profile architects have already appointed IMAGES, with its world-wide reputation for excellence, to publish these important chronicles of their firms’ work.

Other popular series include House Design and New Classicists; the ever-popular 100 of the World’s Best; the annual Contemporary Architecture (CA); the comprehensive pictorial International Spaces titles; and the richly illustrated Details in Architecture.

While IMAGES is headquartered in Australia, it has writers, editors and distribution agents actively working with it worldwide.

Peleus Press

History
Peleus Press was established in 1999 by The Images Publishing Group to accommodate its growing list of books unrelated to architecture and design. The same high production standards and worldwide distribution apply to this imprint that to date includes fashion, new age, motoring, and equine titles.

It is fitting that the name Peleus, in addition to being the father of Achilles in Greek mythology, also means ‘patience and perseverance’, values which are at the heart of the success of The Images Publishing Group.
